| Limited Warranty: |
GM Carts warrants all new products
against manufacturing defects for one year from our customers purchase
date. (Rebuilt, takeoff and OEM parts are warranted for 90 days.) In situations
where GM Carts sells another manufacturers product and the manufacturer
extends a longer warranty period GM Carts will honor the longer of
the two warranties. GM Carts will not be liable for any costs of
services calls, installation, alleged harm, both personal and materially
and/or any other damages resulting from the installation of our parts.

| Returns: |
You must E-Mail us for a return authorization
(RA) number before an item can be sent back to GM Carts , items without
an (RA) number will be refused; the (RA) number is not a guarantee that
your return is eligible for credit and credit will not be granted if the
materials are not found to be defective or otherwise amount to an inappropriate
return. Parts that are returned at the customer's convenience, including
customer errors will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Freight collect
or COD returns will be refused.

| Claims: |
Shortages and damaged products must be reported
to GM Carts within 4 days of receipt. With regard to damaged products,
freight companies have strict claims rules regarding time. In order to
get credit from the freight companies, these claims must be made in that
4 day window.
